Mashrafe will work for the remaining eight months of the term by ‘putting his life on the line’

Mashrafe bin Mortaza, the former captain of the Bangladesh cricket team, has promised to work for the rest of his term as a member of parliament.

This member of parliament from Narail-2 seat said, “I have eight more months of my term. This time I will bet my life to work for you.

Mashrafe bin Murtaza said these things at the ‘People’s Face Janata Sevak’ event at Kalna Char-Karfa Qoumi Madrasa ground of Lohagara Union of Lohagara Upazila on Saturday afternoon.

Awami League’s youth and sports affairs secretary said. “As long as I am alive, God is keeping me alive, I will work. Whether I will work or not, the main thing is that. But I don’t do any grouping. Catch him, beat him, give him to the police, I don’t do these things. It’s not my job.
