The day’s program began with a wreath-laying ceremony at Suchitra Sen’s mural at her ancestral home at 10 am. After that, a memorial service was held in the premises of the museum and local artistes performed songs from films starring Suchitra Sen.
Apart from this, a memorial service was organized at Suchitra Sen Memorial Museum in Pabna, which is full of memories of her childhood and youth.
