Referring to their birth of a daughter on January 16, 2008, the plaintiff said in the case that after the child was conceived, the accused tried to destroy the child through various ‘cheats’. But due to the inflexible attitude of the plaintiff, the defendant could not do that.
Plaintiff complained that he paid Tk 18 lakhs to buy the flat and gold ornaments weighing 15 grams to the accused, but the accused did not buy the flat and did not return the money. At one point, the defendant stopped coming to the plaintiff’s house.
According to the details of the case, later the plaintiff found out that the wife of the first party of the defendant was alive. There is a daughter in that house and the accused lives with his wife. Moreover, the accused introduced himself as Farooq Hossain to the plaintiff but his real name is Khandkar Azizul Haque Arju.
Alleging fraud in the name of marriage to have sexual intercourse, the accused attacked the plaintiff several times by himself and hired terrorists with intent to kill him. At one stage the accused denied marriage with the plaintiff and the child of her illegitimate child.
DNA testing of the plaintiff’s daughter was conducted in the investigation of the case. According to the records of the case, it was reported that the daughter was conceived by the plaintiff and the accused Azizul Haque was conceived by Arzu.
