Ukraine calls Moscow’s claim of killing 600 soldiers ‘propaganda’

Moscow claims to have killed more than 600 Ukrainian soldiers in a ‘massive missile attack’ on the city of Kramatorsk in Ukraine. However, they could not show any evidence for this claim.

Moscow said it carried out the attack in revenge for the killing of 89 Russian soldiers in an attack on a Russian military base in Makiivka on New Year’s Eve.

Ukraine dismissed Moscow’s claim as ‘propaganda’.

“This is another piece of Russian propaganda,” a Ukrainian military spokesman told the BBC.
