Singer Akbar Ali Gazi, who is suffering from various diseases including kidney complications, has deteriorated further.
His wife Kaniz Fatema said he was taken to Bardem Hospital on ‘life support’ on Wednesday morning.
He told Glitz in a tearful voice, “He was put on life support around 6 am today. I admitted him to Bardem last Saturday.”
Akbar rented a house in Dhaka’s Mirpur with his family. He has been suffering from diabetes and kidney complications since 2003. Five years ago, he had to leave the stage show when kidney problems worsened.
